Under the manager's supervision, applies or develops molecular biology methods to validate T cell targets according to project needs.
Design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments efficiently.
Analyze data and effectively communicate results.
Desire to learn advanced technologies to expand scientific knowledge and technical skills.
Collaborate with members within Oncology Research Department to support project advancement and decision making.
Prepare and deliver internal scientific presentations and reports as needed; contribute to external publications (posters and journals).
Operate and maintain lab equipment.
Comply with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner.
Maintain proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies.
Skills:
Thorough understanding of scientific concepts and research methodologies.
Extensive experience in cellular and molecular biology research, including aseptic cell culture, immune cell isolation, ELISA/MSD/AlphaLISA assays, RT-qPCR, and Western Blot techniques.
Experience in multi-color flow cytometry design, execution, and data analysis preferred.
Skilled in using computers and data analysis software, such as Prism.
Strong skills in both oral and written communication.
Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems.
Works effectively as part of a collaborative research team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Oncology, or a related scientific field.
The final title and level will be commensurate with the candidate's years of experience and expertise.
